  Went here for a workout and I was satisfied by the equipments and services that they have. Approachable gym instructors.

  Pretty much everything you expect in your average gym will be here. Sometimes equipment doesn't work, but they seem to get fixed eventually. Employees are nice and the place for the most part is clean. They have about 8-10 different tv channels playing at any given time, just bring headphones to tune in. There are lockers, changing rooms, showers and bathrooms located on the lower level.

  I have been to a few gyms in my time but I have found non cleaner than this one. Maybe because I go off peak but the staff can be seen constantly cleaning. I am very happy with my first week at PF.

  I’ve been coming to this location since the beginning of the year and today the annual fee was taken out. Note I pay my bill with no issues. Though it is noted when you sign up, you tend to get the notifications for when your bill is coming up, however not with the annual fee. Today I called to see if I can get a refund until next week but TWO of the employees were unprofessional over the phone, going back and forth. It was a guy named Miguel and a young woman. Also, the fact it was an issue to speak to a manager is mind boggling considering no business can run without one. I was able to get the regional managers information though and now awaiting a response.The insane part is the “managers” phone is never on, Jennifer. I’m going to report this branch to Better Business Bureau.

  I have no complain on this particular club or staff members. It has plenty of space and all machines for a full body work out. This club is mainly clean and work staff seems to be OK. I rate the gym Good to Very good. Now as far as my opinion on other gym members concerns , I don't like some of the random street rats that join the club just to hang out.!! And yes ( I preserve all rights to judge)
