  Not too packed on the hours I show up. The staff is friendly and you can't beat the price.

  I've been going to this gym for a year. It sucks overall in that it's very cramped, doesn't have all the machines, not sure how often the showers are cleaned but whatever, it was fine for what I was paying. The main issue is MULTIPLE TIMES in recent months, male employees have entered the female locker room unannounced. I get ready for work in their locker room every single morning so I know this isn't a one time mistake. Obviously the locker room is where women change their clothes and shower and I'm 100% sure none of these women signed up for a gym where a man can just waltz into the locker room while they're half/fully naked. It is inappropriate, disrespectful and just wrong. Canceling my membership today because I'd like to be able to get a workout in without getting violated. Train your employees. Respect women and their privacy and get a clue.

  Three floors, the bottom is dedicated to the locker rooms. A little smaller than other locations. Have the same ratio of machines.

  I generally love Planet Fitness for the value. I've come at all times of the day, on various days of the week for many months, and it's never that crowded. Honestly hard to find a gym in NYC that isn't packed at all times of thenday. This one also has more machines than most which is a big plus. It's a bit dark and gloomy though in case you don't like that. I wish the showers were nicer. The toiletries (i.e. the body wash as they provide nothing else) is terrible. This is the biggest negative about PF. I wish they provided a better body wash and more toiletries like Q-Tips. I bring my own now and recommend you so the same.

  I feel comfortable exercising here. The machines are clean and on good repair. Mt trainer listened to my individual story and helped me developed s plan the addresses my personal rotator cuff limitations. I pay the extra ten bucks a month because the hydro message and massage chairs are more than worth it.
