    They came 3 times for our TV repair and never fixed it but told LG they had. Causing us to spend hours trying to get this resolved. They also showed up at 5:45 for a 12-5 window. Each visit they only try one thing so it's a lot of repeat visits. If they get assigned, you should request another company.

    Won't be doing business with them. They overcharge parts and the lady who normally answers the phone is extremely rude. Called the BBB in regards and hope many people do the same. They claim they are LG authorized but they will be reported for fraud. They take your money and run off. I am totally dissatisfied and would give 0 stars if possible.

    I would say - these guys are professionals! I've got problem with my washer, tech has spent about 20 min and job was done! Thank you PLA and I'd definitely recommend this company

    These guys are professionals. They do a great job, I would definitely recommend them if someone need to repair home appliance.

    The owner is a liar and is very rude. I scheduled a service call at 10pm last night with sears home services and they contracted the job out to PLA. The owner said that PLA called me “several times” yesterday and since no one confirmed, they canceled my service visit. I asked her if anyone makes calls after 10 pm. She said no, so I asked “how is it possible to have made several calls yesterday”. I also let he know that my caller ID showed that there was one call from her company at 12:25pm today (the service call was scheduled between 12pm and 4pm today). When she realized she was caught in a lie she became very hostile and rude toward me. I even asked her for a manager and she said “there is no one else, I’m the owner”. I asked her “you’re the owner and you speak to your clients this way?” She said “Yes! What do you want me to do” I responded that I would like an explanation why my service call was cancelled and I would like you to send someone here today because I can’t leave work early two days in a row. After that she was basically just rude to me said she wasn’t going to continue to speak to me and hung up the phone. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere!
