  Extremely slow. Waited in line for 20+ minutes just to place the order. They put wrong order (I ordered BBQ and they gave me spicy). Also I ordered plain noodles with butter and garlic. The noodles were watery, and cut up. So gross I didn't even eat them.

  Slowest by the slice pizza ever. Severs could care less. I’ve see less energy from my teenage son, this place obviously doesn’t have a manager that cares, or these people would work here. After a 15 minute wait, I had to ask to be served and the lady serving us should not be in a public facing position. Avoid this place

  This place is so bad that I want to give it 0 stars, but Google won't let me. A few years ago, this was a nice joint to have a quick slice before your international flight. But under the new management (which has no idea what a pizza or a pizza slice is), this is quite possibly the lousiest place in New York to have a pizza. They have a horrible cheese slice, but non-vegetarian customers told me their pizza slices were just as bad. I waited nearly 30 minutes to get a pizza slice with mushrooms. The cheese was flowing everywhere, and the crust hadn't even been cooked properly. When some customers complained, the employees just seemed confused and helpless.

  I would not come back here. They didn’t have half of the things on their menu when I was there. And sandwiches could not be customized (ex. no cheese) because they are all pre-made. The service was slow, and they were calling numbers that were way after me before I got my food. I ordered the Margherita which was advertised as having fresh basil and mozzarella, and this is what I got....

  The menu was intriguing, but we waited for 15 minutes and never had our server approach our table. She was moving very slowly, and seemed disinterested in providing adequate service. In other words, we didn't try the food (which could be good) but our personal service was nonexistent.
