::We were in there the other day and ordered an hoagie and it was horrible the meat wasnt cooked all the way and it had no flavor what so ever. I have gotten food from there before the first time was great but the last three times it has gone down from there. There is only one person there who is very polite and i believe he is the owner

::We have ordered from this place several times. The food has generally been good. We just placed an order and it was made wrong. Hey...no problem...we all make a mistake here and there. We called to ask that the order be remade. The Owner/Manager refused saying he personally made the pizza and he knows he made it right. We offered to bring the pizza in and show him that the toppings we asked and paid an extra $12 for were not on the pizza. He started talking over me and offered $5 off my next order. I explained I wanted a new pizza made right. He again said $5...then made the comment "what do you want $50 for missing pepperoni"? I simply hung up on him. OMG! You are not going to believe this. The Manager just called back to tell my husband that I am rude and was yelling at him! Haha! I am 52...and learned long ago...be respectful and you will be treated with respect. Not so much this time. I will never spend my very hard earned money here again. I didn't deserve to be spoken to like this. Maybe one customer doesn't mean alot to this business owner. I own a local small business...I can tell you...every customer counts!

::Randomly got a menu in the mail and tried them out. Without a lot of expectation. BUT i loved this pizza :) I ordered the yinz. This place trumps giovannis downtown (what i think is the best in the city via delivery). Never knew they were in my area, defiantly wont forget now!
