  The young woman at the front was quite rude and on her phone for 10 minutes between each customer. One positive thing was the extra order of breadsticks that I did not order 🤷‍♀️.

  1. hair in the pizza which is very disgusting - couldn’t eat after i saw this. 2. on the pizza was so much cheese as there was a discount at walmart for cheese lately. Would not recommend to order from this place.

  I paid for garlic dipping sauce, when my delivery arrives I asked the driver if the sauce was in the pizza box and he said yes. It was not.. And the pizzas were very dry as if they had barely any tomato sauce. I feel like Pizza hut owes me something for my missing order..

  I am so disgusted right now! On Saturday I placed an order through the pizza hut app and it was assigned to doordash and it was NEVER delivered! I was refunded the money and given a $25 credit to my pizza hut account. I decided today that I would give them another. The first time I called I was told they do not deliver to my address, I then called again & was told they didn’t have a driver until 5:30PM. I waited & called back, the rep said she didn’t see the credit & would get a supervisor, waited for 20 minutes. I hung up & called back only to be told that besides the $25 credit I needed to order an additional $15 to have my order delivered. I am ONE person, I do not eat that much and why would you give me a credit to then tell me I have to order $15 additional to get my order delivered. This is ridiculous!! Do better pizza hut!!!

  My family loves pizza hut, but this one had given us nothing but problems! We've complained multiple times over issues with orders being wrong, bad delivery drivers, and missing food. We ordered last Wednesday and this is how our two large stuff crust pizzas and our 16 wings came. Everything was also cold. We called and asked to speak to a manager, but we were transferred to a customer service call center. We could either be credited for the items or wait another hour or so for more food. I really wish they had better training for their staff.
