  Spent over $40 on pizza and drinks. I asked them for cups so I can have something to sip my drink out of and they don’t carry any. Ridiculous how a restaurant doesn’t carry something as basic as cups when they mark up the drinks like 400 percent

  I ordered a large pizza more than 30 minutes in advance and it was still not ready after 45 minutes had passed. Even worse the bottom of the crust was completely raw and undercooked! I ordered extra toppings which was clearly ignored. I have ordered from this location many times in the past and this was my worst experience by far. There was only 1 employee in sight and it looked very understaffed. I really hope something is done to resolve this problem.

  Raised Concern about the Pizza “Seal” being broken. Was transferred to a manager at this location and was told that they break the seal to check on pizza. That doesn’t make sense. This is not CDC protocol nor Pizza Hut Policy. I had a contactless delivery and I was told I will not get a refund or anything unless I drove to the location. My pizza was cold and pizza looked questionable. I will not consume it. We are still in the pandemic and food is supposed to be sealed unbroken to insure safety for customers. Unsafe and unprofessional.

  I don’t think so I have to say anything more I spend my money on this pizza and they staff is so rude and they are sowing me attitude it’s all nasty uncooked pizza I mentioned them clearly I need well cooked pizza and I get this cheese it’s not a first time one other day also I call them to place my Oder around 11:15 they said we are closed I ask them in google it’s says you guys close at 12 and she replied no I told you we are closed and she hang up on me

  My boyfriend and I decided to buy the heart shaped pizza from here on Valentines day to celebrate. It was delicious and had so much meat on it. The staff at this location were extremely friendly and fast. Even though they were so busy I didn't even have to wait long when I got there to pick up my order. They work well together and are super organized. They're doing a great job.
