::We have been coming down to this pizza for generations. This Pizza Hut is our spot especially next to our local donut shop. Anyway now that I am an adult myself (ajaja) and I also have worked as a cashier for more than seven years I understand the pressure that one goes through and as a customer service rep it ain't easy sometimes. Sometimes things don't always go right from the years I have came here but when there is that one person that makes it right it makes you want to come back for more! I want to thank Michael a young man who works in the register. The times I have gone and he is there he always makes me feel welcomed, asks me about how my day goes we make conversation and he never ever forgets to ask how I want my crust (never). Michael always has a smile upon a customers arrival and he is very patient, he never forgets to mentions the deals and when my pizza is done he makes sure it was made the way the customer wants it. This young man Michael deserves a recognition because even when my husband has gone he treats him with the same respect and quality. Thank you Michael!

::The store that we placed are order is terrible. Ordered online a carryout order, went to the curbside parking of the store, call the store and told them that we arrived. The employee told me that they will bring out our order in 5minutes. 45mins later we are still waiting in our car. I got out of my car, went inside the store and ask for my order. It has been sitting there for a while. Could i have not got out of my car, we would be sitting there for an hour. The pizza is cold already, on top of it i have a small order which is 1 large 3 topping pizza. Plus when we got home they made the wrong type of crust. They gave us a hand tossed pan pizza which is NOT what i ordered.
