  Absolutely upset at the experience I had with Pizza hut. I attempted to order online, at an advertisement I receive via email for free bread sticks with pizza order online. When I attempted to place that order, the website indicated my local store was closed. So I then had the option to call the store via the telephone. When I did Randy at the store told me there was nothing he can do, since it was an online order. I placed the order anyways, then called customer service. I got the same answer from Day and her supervisor Jazmine. They basically indicated their hands are tied, and the best they can do is place a ticket to IT about the website problems. Basically not their problem let alone mine. Absolutely upsetting!!!

  ATTENTION. Do not order from this pizza hut. The general manager, Randy, doesn't care for the customers that order at this location or for the quality of his product leaving his store. Literally a trash location. Not only was the pizza late but when they finally decided to show up my pizza and somehow also my wings were totaled. Cheese everywhere but the pizza and wings with no sauce

  I figured I might give them another shot at this location. They have new management and I had no issues with my visit. I love the stuffed crust!

  I have no experience ordering delivery from this particular location, so I can't say if they are as bad as the reviews seem regarding that. Ordering for pick up is perfect though. Never a long wait, even on weekends, and the food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is adequate. Nothing too horrible or spectacular with that. Overall, good pizza that's hot and fresh ready quickly, as long as you don't order delivery.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered a pizza for delivery last week and it arrived burnt, cold, and with a grease stained box like it had been sitting for an hour. So I called to tell them and the manager seemed to have a VERY rehearsed response without asking any details of the situation. He asked if I wanted them to send me a new one or a $15 credit. I took the credit which brings me to my order today. I should’ve known better and used it at a different location but I figured I’d just do carry out to avoid a cold pizza. I get there and the worker tells me they are out of mushrooms and asks me if that’s okay.... lol I guess???? What if it wasn’t?? I figured he’d just give me another useless credit so I just left with my pizza that I should’ve examined before I left because they completely messed up the toppings I ordered. I give up
