  I’ve been coming to Pizza Hut for years. This is the first time I’ve had a horrible experience. I placed an order at 945 I called at 1045 to see what was happening. I was told my order was on the way. 1115 still no pizza 1130 still no pizza I called again at 1145 now two hours after I placed my order. I called and spoke with John who was unwilling to help. His response to me was oh well he is still on the way. I can cancel the order an refund you your money. Here I am hungry an it’s damn near midnight now I have to get up and drive. So I ask him can I come pick up a pizza. He held the line for a moment an said yes that’s fine just come get it. I get there he doesn’t have a receipt That shows he voided out my online purches. When I tell you this was a horrible experience.

  Have tried them 3 different times, Always late with delivery, One time I ordered online it said 45 minutes had to call the store stating I hadn’t received my food and they said it wasn’t on their list so I had to go pick up my cold food & they offered me to redo it but I was going to have to wait which I had already been waiting for the “Delivery for an hour and 30 minutes. Yesterday I ordered a pizza for pick up because they clearly can’t even deliver so I said “Let me give them another chance” website said “15-25 minutes” I ordered it 10:59 drove to the store and it wasn’t ready for 45 minutes so We had to wait until 11:45 for a damn pick up. So Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Couldn’t even give me a discount or anything. I hope not all the pizza hut’s are like this.

  Everytime I've ordered from this pizza hut it has taken almost 2 hours to get my pizza. The first few times it happen I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after that I realised they must be like this all of the time. They even tried to give me a free pizza because of it, but when I called to order it they said the wait for delivery was 2 and a half hours. When I ask why it always takes so long they say that they're short staffed. I only order pizza about once a month so I can't imagine why they haven't worked this out. I'm just not going to order from them anymore.

  Pizza was an hour and a half late. They gave me a coupon/code for another free pizza because it was so late. First time I tried to use it, they had "run out" of that kind of pizza, but could deliver a very similar one? It's a typical cheese pizza. Now, my delivery said max 45 minutes and it's been over an hour, 45 minutes since it was out for delivery. The only reason I gave two stars is because I haven't had a problem with the actual delivery people, but if the pizza shows up cold they're getting a call and a one star. Tldr; don't order delivery from here unless you're okay with waiting for two hours. Find another location. Edit: Delivery guy was cool, he had to manually add the tip, total, and signature part to the receipt because apparently that printed wrong. Got my food and found that my large pizza is a medium pizza with zero seasoning, meh temperature. Good thing it was free. Sent a quick message to customer service but I expect nothing. Sad because I love Pizza Hut, but I guess I'll have to plan better next time.

  Awful experience. For a 2 hour wait you’d expect it to actually taste decent. Don’t waste your time or money here. Poor customer service as well.
