  The worst service at any Pizza Hut on the planet. Ordered wing and asked that they were well done and when the wings arrived they were half cooked and late 1hr. I will never order at this place again.

  Honestly just wish that they would give us the right time for when they arrive. It always say 30-45 min but as of now I am at min 62. Please fix this.

  I love the Pizza Hut on 23rd and Hennepin. They are so customer service minded. Fast AND quality service. Priscilla went the extra mile to help me with my tricky order.

  ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! Pizza was flat and also the pizza was not even cut in half proportionally. Wings were not glazed hardly at all. A middle school kid could have done a better job. $50 order down the drain. JUST A BUNCHA B.S..

  Listen, this Pizza Hut just went above and beyond, for literally no other reason than they wanted to provide outstanding customer service. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza double cut (twice as many pieces) with two toppings and somehow selected that I wanted Honey BBQ sauce instead of marinara?? The pizza arrived in 20 minutes flat (I live really close) and there was a cup of Honey BBQ in the box which I thought was weird, but I didn't realize that the actual sauce on the pizza was also Honey BBQ until I ate a piece. I really, really do not like Honey BBQ. Confused about what was going on I called to see if I messed up or the store messed up and if there was anything they could do, and the call center said maybe they would let me trade it out, and transferred me to the store location. I felt like a dope but the man who answered had no problem making me a new pizza (which he DID NOT have to do, I'm the one who made a mistake after all) and got it out here just as fast. After a Domino's driver altered my receipt to increase their tip and this Pizza Hut went out of their way to correct MY mistake (and I don't even think I've ever ordered from them, so it's not a "regular customer" thing) I know exactly what pizza chain I'm choosing from now on. Thank you a thousand times Pizza Hut, you made my night. Lord knows why I ever strayed from stuffed crust pizza anyway.
