  Somehow, for a pizza hut, I was underwhelmed with their product. It wasn't horrible by any means - the pizzas themselves were cooked perfectly. But, compared to all other experiences I've had to pizza huts (out of state, in Michigan whether I live, if that matters), this one just tasted weird. The sauce seemed thinner and sweeter than normal. The cheese just seemed more "meh' than what I've always experienced from Pizza Huts' usual super-stretchy and premium-tasting and textured cheese. And there was a lack of that golden-oil-seered outter crispiness to the dough, that I've come to love when I bite into each slice. It was weird. Had this been a different chain and I hence not had such high expectations, I probably would've given it a 4-star rating; it's Not bad pizza. It just wasn't the usual Pizza Hut quality that I've experienced the rest of my life.

  Sometimes fast service, but often very late. Most recently called for 30 minutes on a weeknight at 5 before anyone answered. So irritating.

  You get your food within fifteen minutes hot and fresh and ready to enjoy.

  Long red hair in my pizza. Nobody picked up the phone when I called. Delivery was on time and friendly though.
