  rude customer service what sucks is that they charge you an service fee when you place in an store order they have messed up my order more then 6 times I am just tried if this location so now I get my pizza from pizza boy

  The people at this location are great. The food is what you expect from any other Pizza Hut, but the attentive staff here makes a big difference.

  I seriously have no idea how the female with the short hair (I'm guessing a manager) has kept a job she obviously hates for so long. She's always rude and miserable when you ask for anything that is in her job description. I have asked for something as simple as napkins and as hard as remaking an incorrect pizza and have always gotten attitude. Have showed her my ticket saying what pizza I wanted and she just goes "well mine didn't say that so what?" I have only had a problem with this one woman. She needs an attitude change if she's working with the public. Maybe data entry, alone, behind a desk is a better job for some one who so obviously hates her job, the public or both.

  This is the very location that me and my friends got the pretzel stuff crust pizza and Hershey's chocolate brownies! Both of them tasted so good!

  Pizza is always the way we order it, delicious. And employees are always pleasant & compliant.
