  I always love pizza huts food. Now and then there's an order mix up. We get everything - pizza...pasta...breads...deserts etc. But as often as we order from there - they almost always get lost coming to our house. A bit annoying. So is the extra delivery fee. AND....I miss the Taco Pizzas they have back home. Not sure why we can't get them out here. Epic bummer. Been waiting 22 years. Losing hope. 💔

  The pizza tastes good... once I toast it in MY oven like I asked them to. It has happened more than once that I ask them to give me crispy crust and they give me nearly raw dough. It is nasty to be honest. I have to crisp it up in my oven aka basically cook my pizza for 10 minutes because they don't care and don't listen. If I wanted to cook my own pizza I would go across the street to Safeway and get myself a Digiorno's. God i'm going on a diet. Way to go Pizza Hut!

  Cudos to manager Pete! I had quite an experience tonight, but as the manager he did what he could to make it right. I called the store to place an order, they asked me to hold.... And then forgot about me. I stayed on hold and drive down to the store. I politely asked to speak to the manager. When Pete came out I showed him my phone and asked if he recognized the phone number. He said yes, "that's or store number." I then put the phone on speaker, he heard the recorded message, then I asked him to look at the time. He gasped, "you have been on hold over 20 minutes?!" Yes. He apologised. I accepted and then placed my order. He offered to comp a drink for me while I waited. I accepted and ask him to please have a chat with his crew. He assured me he would. I then sat down and waited 15 minutes. When he had the order ready I looked at the check and saw that he was charging me for the water! I objected to that, he smiled and said, "that's on there so you can see the charge for what the order would have been, but I'm comping your ENTIRE order! (It was a large, over $50.00 order) Really? A free bottle of water, maybe an order of bread sticks, but my whole order!? So, Pete, THANK YOU! We all make mistakes, it takes a class act, and a real manger, to take personal responsibility. Oh.... And the pizza was really, really good!
