  En mi opinion deberian de cambiar a todo su personal ya son las peores pizzas q e visto porq no diria q me las comi ya q dan un asco

  My name is Eda Ordonez (couldn’t change profile) I will never, ever order from this store again. I picked up my food but failed to check the other 2 boxes, only checked the top box, it was bad move from my part. Customer service is bad, young girl at the counter doesn’t greet or say thank you!! When I got home it was a totally different order. I called the store while I drove back to the store for about 15 minutes and the phone rang and rang, no one ever answered the phone and finally I got to the store and requested a full refund but because I wasn’t going to wait another 20 minutes. I paid with a credit card they couldn’t issue a refund, I had to call corporate and wait another 10 minutes for a supervisor which in turn said I had to wait up to 5 days for a refund. I am so upset at this customer service that I probably won’t ever buy from another Pizza Hut again!! I hope they lose clientele and end up shutting down this dirty dump!! I wasted an hour of my time driving back and forth and only got a headache!!

  Zero stars. Don't waste your time or money here. We placed our order at 6:06 PM and got to the store at about 6:40. Upon arriving, there was someone else in line before us, and they were told they'd have to wait. We were told that it would be about a 10 minute wait. 10 minutes turned into 35 minutes. We weren't given our pizza until 7:15 and that was only because we asked after someone else walked in the door. Our order was ready, but NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL US, or apologizing. They kept leaving the register unattended, so we couldn't have asked for it before. It doesn't take over an hour to make a pizza. The person that was originally in front of us came back right before we got our order, and he was told that it would be another 5 minutes. Another guy had also placed his order online, and the cashier told him that they never recieved it, but that they'd comp him $10. The guy kept saying he'd already paid for it online, but the cashier just kept saying that he'd have to call his bank. Worst customer service we've EVER SEEN. Last time we ordered from this place (only a couple of weeks ago) we also had to wait over 25 minutes after the estimated pick up time.

  This location has made up my mind. I will never order Pizza Hut again because of this location. They have terrible staff. They've messed up every order I've placed. Then today I ordered an extra cheese Stuffed crust pepperoni and olive pizza. First pizza just olive and missing cheese all over the place, sent it back...came back 20 minutes later to get a non stuffed crust olive pizza. I called them and waited on hold for 17 minutes. Finally, drove back up there and realized why.....they just let the phone ring. Avoid this place. If I was pizza hut, I'd fire the entire staff and start from scratch. Hell, I'd hire a pack of Golden Retrievers before any of these morons (and yes I know they'd eat everything and shed everywhere, but a half-eaten pizza covered in hair is still better than this place).

  Usually don't have a problem with this location. The last time we ordered which was within the past month the pizza was late and cold and the delivery driver tried to keep all of our change for a tip and this time tonight the pizza is late again and cold. I called about the pizza being late and was told don't believe what it tells you online for delivery time. I don't know that I will order from this location again
