  Customer service was excellent. Accommodated my need and was sorry kind on the phone. The pizza tasted pretty good, I mean for it not being fresh. I'm editing this review, because this place charged my card again, later that night. Without my permission

  I just had the quickest, most efficient pickup experience that I can imagine. When I walked in, the woman behind the counter asked "Picking up for Jacob?" (and I haven't been here before, so she couldn't have recognized me, she was simply paying attention to the orders that were coming in.) She opened the box and showed me the pizza before handing it to me-- they did this years ago in Missouri, but this is the first time I've seen it at a Colorado location. I also didn't have to sign a receipt like I usually do at other locations (on the flip side, she didn't give me a receipt, but I do have one in my e-mail, plus I'm sure she would have given it to me had I asked.) This deserves five stars until something else happens to change my opinion.

  Stopped here to grab dinner for the family after a 💩’y day at work. Shift manger I believe her name was Aspen and the cashier Taylor or Tyler were awesome. I recommend this location to have your spirts lifted along with ordering one of their delicious pies. It’s good to see that in this crazy world people still give great costumer service and caring hearts. Best Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had. The GM must be one hell of a leader! Thanks so much for turning a customer’s horrible day into a great family night! ‼️

  Why dont you give a price break down of an order online? You just add 8$ and give people reason as to why it might be more expensive? Maybe stop focusing on how to get people to add more things to the order. It's just as bad as buying an airline ticket at every turn and button click you just want people to add more. Won't be surprised to see the day we have to watch an ad just to input your credit card information.

  Decent, delivery on time order good and right but driver was very rude and asked we go meet him to pick up the order after leaving detailed delivery instructions of how to get inside and to unit number. Then asked for a tip and when we tried to explain to him how to get out of our building he was still very rude and ended up ripping the receipt and throwing it on the ground. Not professional and still had the audacity to ask for a tip. Which is earned. That’s all.
