  Working with Tyler has been a fantastic experience. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and approachable. He tailors my sessions to my fitness goals and pushes me to achieve them. He is quite in tune with my needs and abilities. He has also worked with me to discuss my diet and other lifestyle changes, which I've been able to implement with his guidance. I've worked with a number of other trainers over the past couple of years, but have stuck with Tyler because of his outstanding personal training skills. I've seen real results in working with him that I haven't been able to achieve previously
