  Been taking classes here for about 2 months after moving from the other side of the state. This place is great. Staff is very nice but no B.S. Classes are tough, but suited to any fitness level. I never really worked with kettlebells until I got here and man have I missed alot. Kettlebells are awesome, and I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a kick butt workout.

  I have joined so many gyms before, my problem was commitment. This is different. Although I am only few weeks in, I can already feel the impact and I can feel the motivation to attend every class. Different kinds of exercises that cover all the parts of the body and I just love them.

  I don't think 5 stars can rate what this place means to me. Truly life changing. Recent veteran. Been there a year now and am not sure what I would do without the workouts, trainers, and most importantly, the other class members -- all on their own fitness journey. The gym atmosphere is welcoming and every class member is inspiring. Give it a try. You will not regret it.

  Great place to get a killer workout in. I love the many different class times so that there is no excuse not to go. The trainers and the other clients make it feel like a family. Ownership has always been great, and they handle any questions or concerns quickly. The price for what you get is amazing. They even offer classes on holidays.
