  The line was outrageous so we assumed it was incredible but it fell flat. The sorbets lacked a flavor punch and the hazelnut was pretty salty. Overall it was good but nothing to write home about - especially for the price! $7.50 for a regular and okay gelato is insane. Huge shoutout to the gentleman working alone though. The shop was overrun with people and he was working alone - serving the ice cream and cashing people out. He didn’t complain and was CRUSHING IT. guy deserves a raise.

  The best experience we have in Baltimore. Gelato is insanely delicious and refreshing. I originally picked three flavours but ended up changing my mind after tasting the samples. Thank you for making your customers happy! Baltimore needs more friendly and yummy places like this!!!🤩

  Unbelievable!! The flavors are out of this world. I’ve never tasted gelato with cardamom. We also tried the cinnamon flavor. Amazing! Pretty exotic if you ask me. The staff was generous and helpful. Definitely coming back.

  Hellooo!! I like to try ice cream when I am visiting new cities... Pitango is a very nice ice cream place with great ice cream. I had pistachio and black tea. Both flavors simply delicious. I was wondering about that little door between the buildings while eating my gelato...

  So good! I’m so indecisive and the worker helped me decide and I didn’t feel like I was crazy because she actually gave me some great flavor recommendations! I got banana and sesame and it was very good! We also got a too good to go bag and the pastries were so fresh and flavorful we had to eat them AFTER our gelato?! It was a peach tart and some sort of scone! I can’t wait to come back!!
