  Was on my travels and went to get a bottle of vape juice. The selection was good and I was excited to walk away with one of my favorite juices. Later on to discover the bottle was defective and went to try and get an exchange on their crappy product after I lost 3/4 of my juice and they wouldn't. Don't go here for customer service or expect anything special.

  DEFECTIVE MERCHINDISE! If I could rate it any lower, I would. I purchased an eGo ONE from them. A very friendly sales person stated that they guarantee all their merchandise and to bring it back, if there was a problem. Unfortunately, there was. Plugged it in to charge later that night and was almost burned by the intense heat from the battery. Thought to myself...shouldn't be a problem. Hmmm, It was! Took it back the very NEXT morning and the store was closed. Spoke to someone who gave me the owner's name ( Scott ) and number. Spoke to Amanda, who was clearly upset that I was given the owner's name. Two phone calls later...Her response was, "sorry that she told you that because; it's not true", "send it back to the company" and "there's nothing that she can do because; I left the store". Wow! Basically, they don't care! Beware! No refunds or exchanges! The sad part is that I was a visitor to the city. I bought this under the premise that I could exchange it. It was clearly defective, when I bought it. They are true to their name. Because, that’s what their selling...."Pipe Dreams "!

  Awesome little shop, very friendly Girl with dreads working behind the counter, very knowledgeable. Chill, and fair prices for anywhere not just New Orleans.
