  Scam artists!!!! I have been a regular for them for a couple of years and had no problems. I even gave them the job to put a ductless unit in one of my commercial stores. But that all changed. I call in the beginning of the new year when it was freezing, because my tenant did not have heat. They came the next day and advised me they have to order a part for the condenser which was going to be $177.00 and charged me $195.00 for the visit, which I thought was high ( they usually charge $150.00) I did not mind the price because I trusted them. I wait about a week and called them . I think mike picked up and I asked him about the part. He told me that the part is not in and told me it was a 3-day delivery. I got upset because my tenant cannot operate without heat. All he said to me "understood" in a very uncaring way. All he told me he will send the supplier an email.. NOT A PHONE CALL. OR MAYBE APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAY. I got fed up with that attitude and called another company. All it was that the system had to be reset (turn the unit off for 10 minutes). No parts needed. And the charged me $155.00 for the visit. I hope this helps someone to be careful with this company. Either they do not know what they are doing or they are ripoff artists. I think they are both.. BTW the company that helped me out was TF Obrien. I highly recommend them.

  The person who responded at 1am was a nasty , lazy and rude prick! Do not ever use this company. Beware!!

  Mike was amazing. He came within 30 minutes of my call that the boiler was not working. I have used him for a few years and he has always come on time , repaired the issue, explained what he did and was very neat. I highly recommend him

  Mike and his technicians are always on point. I have used them for a few years. One major central A/C diagnosis and repair after that routine maintenance. They are neat, clean and above all great technicians. They have state of the art equipment and know how to trouble shoot. They send me detailed receipts emailed, which is great to see what you have had done and when. Their pricing is accurate and fair. A job well done and a job done well!

  We recently purchased a 2 family house in Rosedale, NY (near the border of Nassau County, Long Island) and with the summer heat now here our tenant's central air conditioning system was not cooling. Pipe Doctor's sticker was on the unit outside so I called them. My call was answered by a very helpful woman who had me check several things first before scheduling a service call. Sadly none of those tips did anything but I was offered an appointment within 2 hours. The technician and an apprentice arrived in less than an hour and quickly got to work. The system was not that old, but it was not maintained properly. Mike (the tech) showed me video and pictures he took on his iPad of my system and offered several suggestions. About 2 hours later the system was cooling perfectly. He was very through, detailed and most of all clean and professional. Regardless of the price I will call them again without hesitation.
