  Confirmed with office staff we could have a package delivered before we arrived. We paid extra to have package delivered for installation the following day. When package arrived they denied delivery?! Very unprofessional! Not friendly to full time RVers. Won’t be returning.

  Very poorly run office staff. Manager is rude!!. We had reservations for 5 days but left early and went to Lake Pleasant where the office staff know what they are doing.

  We just stayed overnight. Found the pull through parking space clean and well marked. Checking in and out was smooth. Ty.

  Very nice 55+ RV park on the north end of Phoenix. Great place to stay, friendly helpful staff, clean facilities, pool, hot tub, exercise room, laundry, etc Love the location at the edge of town, drive in any direction and you'll find something cool to see and do.

  This is a very quiet place to rest and relax. Pool and spa are clean and well maintained. Everything shuts down at 9pm. Plenty of activities, on site post office, residents have been friendly and helpful. Mix of RV and park models.
