  Dr. Steve is very personable, patient and kind. He listened to our concerns about our fur babies, Mochi and Miso, and offered practical suggestions. The office staff are helpful and the office is clean. Parking is easy and it's nice to have grooming and teeth cleaning all in one location. The groomer, Lisa, did an excellent job making our guys look so handsome. We look forward to coming here for the great care we know our pets will receive and will definitely recommend Dr. Steve and staff to others!

  Brought in a lost dog and they were very helpful with finding his chip and contacting the owners right away. Charlie is now happily at home with his family. If you ever have a lost dog or found one I definitely recommend coming to these guys!

  Dr. Steve and the Staff of Pine Animal Hospital are the absolute best. Caring, compassionate, professional. There's no better. These professionals have taken care of my little family when I had my Rottie & Dalmatian, they were so sincerely kind everyday, but especially the day I had to place them asleep due to long illness. Now that I have Terminal Cancer my "new family" consists of 2 rescued cats, "Chill" & "Bella". And from the moment I got them they have been lovingly cared for by everyone at Pine Animal Hospital... They're the best!!!!! You won't find a better vet and staff anywhere in Long Beach... :)

  My cat seemed to have an eye injury and when I was not able to get an appointment with my regular vet for three days, I contacted Pine Animal Hospital and they were able to see my cat the same day. The receptionist staff was very friendly and helpful. The Vet was great, as well. He offered me additional services, which I declined and he was not pushy about it nor did he make me feel guilty for not getting them. Also, I especially noted how clean the reception area & care room were. The area of Long Beach where they are located is a lot nicer than I expected, seems to have been going through a rejuvenation. The parking was very easy as there is a small lot in back and it was easy in and out. In addition, I like that I can order my flea supplies on line with them and they are sent extremely quickly. I think it was a 48 hour turnaround. Overall, very pleased with Pine Animal Hospital.

  I have been coming to Pine Animal Hospital for several years now and I am so happy to be able to have Dr. Steve as my vet. He listens and is very patient. He lays out potential treatment plans and let's you decide what is best for your pet (with guidance). He is always quick to respond to emails. His front desk staff are thorough and welcoming. The most important think is trust. I trust Dr. Steve and his staff to give my pets the best care possible.
