  I love everything about this credit union I just wish there were longer hours because sometimes I get to busy to stop by when I need to

  I'm member 18 years...People in Pantano office is very No Profesional...This branch lie me and still my 100 $$!...I NO RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH FOR NOBODY. ..I have receipt to deposit 200 $, but Manager was very , Very no profesional and tell me that I deposit only 100 $$!.This is very BAD Branch.

  I have dealt with 4 or 5 banks in Tucson with poor to so so service. I have joined PFCU and have to say that they are better than any of the banks that I have dealt with. They have always treated me like I was a good special person and that they were glad to see me. Thank you PFCU !!!

  I was kind of shocked when I saw all these negative comments on here. I have been with Pima Federal for a while. I left regular banks to be with them. They are the nicest people I've met. They know me by name and there is always someone at the front with a positive greeting and a bright smile. I've gone to other PFC in town, and have not got the same response. (Even at the main branch!) Mine comment may be only one, but I can honestly say I have always had a positive experience.

  I wish it would let you leave 0 stars! This is hands down the worst financial establishment I have ever dealt with. They do not care about their members, they are extremely rude (except Chandra, she is the only good person there!) Any time I've gone in they do not make me feel important or like I matter to them at all. They are not helpful whatsoever and don't even try to work with you. If i didn't have a loan through them I would close my accounts in a heartbeat! That's actually exactly what I'm going to do when it's paid off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE!!!!!! If you're looking for a great credit union I suggest Vantage West!
