  If I could give this place negative stars I would. I brought our clothes and a handkerchief that has been in my husbands family for over 100 years to get cleaned after we used it for our wedding (it was in my bouquet so it got a little dirty), so I brought it here thinking I'd get it nice and clean before giving it back to my in laws...I go in when they said everything would be ready and they told me the handkerchief wasn't ready yet, okay so then I go in a few days later and they said they can't find it. WHAT?!? They said they would look for it and to come back so I do, several times over the next few weeks and nothing. I honestly don't think they even tried looking for it. The man (owner I assume) wasn't even very sorry, he just brushed it off like it was nothing. I know his wife felt bad but that doesn't do anything for me. This was a family heirloom that can't be replaced. I asked if they could put a note up in case it got stuck on someone else's stuff, but they said that was impossible they don't mix things, and it doesn't leave the store. I can't imagine they looked very hard if it couldn't have left the store. Disappointed doesn't even begin to explain how I feel about this place. This place was also right around the corner from our house, but I'd rather drive 15 minutes away to go to a place I trust. Wish I had done that to begin with.
