  I love this studio. Terrific teachers who are great at explaining the what and the why, plus the results! I needed to build my core muscles (too much time sitting at a desk), and Pilates Sol was the answer. In a few short weeks I felt stronger and my clothes are fitting me better. I lost a couple of pounds, but better yet was able to reduce my body fat percentage.

  Pilates Sol offers a highly customized Pilates experience with knowledgeable instructors in a convenient location. Expect to be challenged during the workout and nurtured as well—overall this studio emphasizes a mind/body connection and teaches students how to incorporate the lessons of Pilates into day-to-day activities. Sessions are a tremendous value and the studio policies are very accomodating.
