  Kathleen has been so positive and encouraging as long as I have known her. Her teaching style is educational, fun, safe and therapeutic for my needs. I feel incredibly blessed to have found her!

  I have been a pilates and massage client of Kathleen's for over 6 years now. She is passionate about helping others reach their personal health goals. She is also always taking new educational classes on a monthly basis to continually improve her skills. What impresses me most is how she is able to easily describe the movements to me and how seamlessly I can follow her instructions. Also, I have a torn rotator cuff and she custom fits the exercises and movements to work with my physical limitations. As a result, I feel very safe working with Kathleen and she has strengthened the areas around my injury so I can continue to postpone surgery. My posture and core strength have also both dramatically improved since I started working with Kathleen.

  Kathleen is so clear and direct in her pilates teaching, and she has such wealth of knowledge to share. One of the best in Austin! Not to mention she literally radiates health so she must know what she's talking about.
