  Ania is simply the best. We are getting our staff ready for a cruise where we need to show some skin and we are in the best of hands to look as good as we can. Her sense of humor, support and knowledge are exemplary. Thanks Ania!

  I started going to Pilates because I had what I was told a Sciatica nerve problem which was affecting my sleep. Within 4 weeks of going to Pilates 3 times a week the pain was gone and I felt much better overall. In that short period of time and dedication to giving it a try, I am addicted! I continue to go 3 times a week and have been for 2+ years. I've lost weight, firmed and toned muscles and am much stronger. Pilates has also helped with balance issues. I usually have Ania as my instructor, but have also been to Annie and Corrina. They are all very professional and skilled at training any level. I'd encourage all (including men) to try Pilates of San Diego at either the Marina or East Village location.

  I am very happy , my instructor is amazing. I came cause my right leg and arm was hurting so badly even after phisical therapy. After just 13 sessions I am able to enjoy my life without pain. Thank you Pilates of San Diego

  I get such a great workout at this studio. Every class and each teacher is so different, and I feel challenged with each and every workout. Ania is so personable and the studio is very convenient for me. I look forward to staying fit here for a long time.

  I've taken Pilates at nearly every studio throughout San Diego county and this is, by far, THE best option for any level of Fitness / Pilates knowledge. Their private sessions are incredible for those seeking to correct a specific issue or in lieu of traditional physical therapy, and the group classes are top-notch; their knowledgeable instructors customize each workout based on the attendees so everyone is ensured a challenging, yet still restorative workout every time. Simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Pilates of San Diego!!
