  Fantastic class with Sarah B! Class was the perfect mix of challenging and fun! Really felt my core and tush working. Great mix of moves, most of which I had never done before! Will definitely be back for more!!

  I have been to many Pilates Studios. Pilates by Sylvia exceeds them all. Aesthetically great space, first rate equipment and most importantly excellent, attentive, wonderful instructors. THE BEST!

  Love love love this place and all the beautiful and strong ladies teaching in this studio. I've been Sylvia's client for years and I love her intense classes but unfortunately due to my health issues what I had for some time and not being able to work out with her I lost all my strength what I gained working out with her. So, I started taking beginner classes again. I can say that even beginner classes are pretty intense and will leave you sore for days. Honestly, I don’t care what class to take beginners, intermediate or advanced. They all are very good classes and you'll benefit from either one.

  I can't praise Pilates By Sylvia highly enough. Before relocating overseas, I worked for Pilates By Sylvia as a Pilates instructor. The experience was amazing. Not only is the studio equipped with beautiful, state of the art Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers, but Sylvia maintains a body-positive, inclusive, and inviting atmosphere in the studio. As Sylvia herself says, "Good Vibes Only!" My time working for Sylvia was nothing short of delightful. As my own personal Pilates instructor, Sylvia challenged me during every workout and I saw an increase in my stamina, strength, and flexibility as a result. Each contemporary Pilates workout varied, was fun, exciting, and creative. Sylvia is both knowledgeable and understanding, and this translates seamlessly into her teaching. She employs only the finest instructors who are dedicated to giving clients a comprehensive, safe, and effective workout each session. I speak from the perspective of a Pilates practitioner and certified instructor: You can do no better than Pilates By Sylvia. I have watched this studio grow from it's inception into a vibrant community of fantastic individuals who are stronger than ever! Although I'm now living abroad, I have never come across a finer Pilates instructor or employer than Sylvia.   Amazingly challenging class, again. Always feel so much stronger during/after one of Sylvia's classes. Can't wait until my next one. It’s easy to forget how much I miss Sylvia’s classes/instruction when I don’t go as often since they always kick my butt. Enjoying the challenging and pain today and will really feel it tonight/tomorrow. Need to get my regular fix. Always new, different strengthening and lengthening exercises to look forward to. Wonderful and wonderfully challenging class as always with Katherine. Katherine focuses on form to protect us and keeps classes interesting with new exercises/movements. Always look forward to Katherine’s classes.
