  We love the kind staff at Pike. From the reception desk to the dental hygienist who does the bubble train to the room. They know how to engage with kids and make a dentist visit easy. My children were excited and counting the days to go to the dentist! Dr. Pike is absolutely amazing. She is very friendly and has the greatest bedside manners with kids and parents! We love it here! Thanks!

  The absolute WORST. It was like pulling teeth to get information on treatment plans. More concerned with cosmetics then actual oral health care. All they kept saying was "its going to be on the paper given to you". I went to this office for a second opinion, provided my own X-ray and called a day before to give the reason for requesting a second opinion. They disregarded the whole purpose of my visit and did their own X-ray since they insisted there's were going to be clearer (was not clearer.). Doc Pike seems overall tired of speaking to parents and basically wants us as parents to make any decision without questions. Her first assistant did a horrible job setting up and taking the X-ray which resulted in my child becoming frustrated. Then we had to take another X-ray being that there first was done incorrectly (with the 2nd assistant). Doctor Pike seems to be in the wrong field because she literally did not explain anything straightforward to what will improve my child's oral care/treatments. She just focused on cosmetics and spoke on school kids bullying rather then telling me what treatment will help my child's current dental state. Complete waste of time and money. The documents handed were from google. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT CLEAR INFORMATION AND SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR CHILDREN'S HEALTH CARE.

  So glad we switched to this dentist!! The kids names were on the board to welcome them, the front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. They have Netflix and asked what would be appropriate to put on for the kiddos while I filled out the new paperwork. Previously we were at a regular dentist for the kids for convenience but let me tell you, happy kids = way more convenient!! They were so excited to follow the bubble trail back to the cleaning room. The part I love the most is I can sit with both kids at the same time (see pics) while they get their teeth done.

  What an amazing experience! It was my son Christian’s first trip to the dentist and I was ready for a meltdown. They had a cheerfully decorated office, cartoons above the dentist chair, bubbles, toys and fun-flavored fluoride! They explained everything to him before they started and he had a blast. Would highly recommend Pike...

  Couldn't be happier. I took my daughter for her first dentist visit here, and it was a great experience for both of us. She walked away happy. They made her, and me, feel comfortable the entire time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is fun. I am so happy we found this place.
