  Pretty sure they ran out of money when they tried to complete the renovations. The two ends does not meet up around Henry to Canal - it really needs to be fixed to match the ends. Also it looks like they haven't been doing upkeep as often as some benches were missing slats and some areas are littered with garbage. The area they haven't completed dates back 30 plus years with broken chain fences and crappy park benches. Plus who wants to sit between a major commercial lane breathing in exhaust.
