  I went to pier one with a gift and gift receipt to get store credit instead so I can use it in future. Instead of giving me store credit they put the money back in the credit card of my friend who gave me the gift!!! I haven't seen such stupid manager who didn't even know that they can't give money back to GIFTER when someone comes back with gift receipt for an exchange or store credit! They put me in such embarrassing situation with my friend whom I had to call and say sorry they gave your money back! The manager made us wait for 20 mins before coming and talking to us. She then started to walk away as we asked her for explanation. Extremely rude and mannerless staff this store has. Staff is very rude and so dumb! I don't know what they are doing in sales when they don't know have basic knowledge! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

  I always end up buying something. I don't know if it's the place, the decor, the scents but I cannot remember leaving the store without buying something.

  Best place to spend your money. My mom shops there all the time. And I love the thing she buys.
