Something to do here. Seems like their motto. The park is much cleaner compared to other major city parks I've been. The weekends in the warmer months is always filled with day festivals so it definitely worth checking out.

We had been to the Botanical Gardens and stopped at the park to walk around the perimeter. What a beautiful space with views of the high rise elements of the city. Perfectly kept and maintained with seating all around. Lots of people out enjoying the whole park. Kids, bikes, runners, soccer, b-ball, volleyball, dog walking, picnicking

Gorgeous park right in the middle of a bustling mid town. I love the entire midtown area. This weird mixture of country/suburban/urban all in one is amazing. The park is very clean and well kept and peaceful. We went to the botanical gardens and of course....the only day of the week they are closed is Monday which was the day we went. Oh well. Maybe if we ever go back to Atlanta.....

Even if just for the Park Tavern I will rate the park a high 4. It has great views of the city and the space of the Tavern is beautifully set. The food was amazingly good. It is the first place I ever saw a Bacon Bar! The seafood buffet had a lavishly dressed Salmon Platter, two types of oysters and scallops. All fresh yet tasty. If I am to host a dinner party in Atlanta, the Park Tavern will certainly be at the top of my list for consideration.
