  Safe, good lighting, frequent officer/patrol visits to keep "only proof of payment" riders on the platform.

  Terrible service on all possible accounts. Even when u comply with all of them rules i.e. paying your fair, tap the card every time, wait for a long time for the train to come late. Only to board it to experience what it feels like for sardines to be packed tightly in a small jar. On top of it the doors at your stop 'magically' wouldn't open so i had to wait another 20something mins waiting for the tain to take me back one stop, which was no mistake of mine, nor was i alone in that messed up situation. Plus train carts without any A/C or air in the terrible heat, some even turn up the heater when it's 80 degrees outside. While the A/C is blasting in the cold winter.

  It would be perfect if metro and subways run 24hrs This is a big city people work different shifts
