  I really hope for the best experiences, especially when I'm paying for food and drink in downtown but the coffee and service here was totally lacking and I just did not care for the lack-luster quality of the food. If you are looking for a good experience try Kaldi's in the park they are a little pricier but worth it for the atmosphere and quality.

  Very good sandwiches! They do yours as you order. They put a lot of meat on it! Servers are very nice and understanding. Once I ordered wrong and they made mine fresh new even though the mistake was on my side. Recommend!

  I was planning a road trip and knew that we'd be going through St Louis at about lunch time. I searched for a deli because I knew my traveling companions were all lovers of sandwiches. Pickles had a convenient location downtown, so it was selected for expediency over anything else... Well surprise surprise, it was easily one of the best sandwich shops I've ever visited. Five of the us ordered 5 different sandwiches and each and every one of them were top tier. Not a single iffy or mediocre sandwich, and outside of Florida I don't think I'd ever had a better Cuban sandwich for under $35 (not saying that it cost that much, in fact it was a lot less, but there's no beating it until you get above that price point). Long story short: Go to Pickles. Order anything. Enjoy the best Deli Sandwich on the Mississippi.

  A great sandwich shop downtown! Quite a diverse menu. Super sweet staff! They go above and beyond stayed open for an extra hour after our convention let out to serve are people! The food is great definitely visit this deli.
