  Delicious bagels! Coffee is good too. I got the everything bagel with chive cream cheese. And lemme tell ya. They STUFF the bagel with cream cheese. Lines are long, but they move really fast. 4 stars because their customer service sucks- they are rude. But I guess I shouldn't expect anything less from New Yorkers.

  I generally look for 3 things in the places I frequent:  Service - the service here is quick. In fact, you had best have an idea of what you want before you enter the store, or get an idea rather quickly while you wait in the line. I know I said “line” but don’t worry - this line moves FAST. There are some very talented and serious people working here and they will make sure you are moved along quickly. Offering - Any breakfast bagel item you want - cream cheese? No problem. Eggs? No problem. Is it sausage or bacon you fancy? Again. No problem. This place has it all. Atmosphere - The atmosphere is a bit rushed. It’s loud and it’s rushed. So if you’re looking for a place to sit down and have a nice relaxed breakfast, go elsewhere. If you are looking for a genuine New York bagel at genuine New York speeds - then you should definitely stop in and experience this gem.   Eaten here about 6 times for breakfast and every time has been good except for the latest time. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels and they put sausage on them instead. In the morning on the weekends it is super busy. I recommend ordering online, and skipping the line to pick up your food almost immediately. Over all if you want a good and fresh bagel in Manhattan this is a good place to go.

  In my opinion, a great bagel shop. Lots of cream cheese options, bagel varieties, and toppings form your bagels. The bagel my wife and I had was very good, bit as most people said in their reviews, the staff didn't look to excited to be working there and ignored a lot of customers while they were waiting in line to order. Also, the bagels are fairly pricey. My bagel was $11.95. Don't get me wrong, it was a good bagel with smoked salmon, but $11.95? That's pretty steep.

  Немного путанная система заказов, но все очень вкусно. Очередь идет очень быстро, не волнуйтесь.
