  They are very professional. Prompt, courteous, and thoughtful. The move to get my baby grand up a tight stairway to the third floor was not an easy job. The Pianoland crew made it look so easy and smooth. They actually made a special trip to come check out the stairs before the day of the move. That's why the actual move was so successful and fast. I would definitely recommend these NYC Piano movers to anyone who needs to move their piano. You're not going to find anyone more experienced and professional.
