  These guys are liars! They ripped off a before and after pic from a woman in Utah. They had nothing to do with her weight loss. I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of their so-called success stories are also made up. *update* Yeeeah. . . I've worked with marketing people for my business before. I made sure I signed off on every detail of the site. In fact they insisted that I did as well. I'm glad you're going straight now, but in the year that you've had the site up, you've never combed through it with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was what you wanted? Doesn't seem likely. Seems more likely that you would have gone over it thoroughly, but were okay with padding your site with fake accolades.

  They stole a before and after photo of one of my friends. Shame on them for that. She worked her butt off on HER OWN. Seems like a shady company to me.

  Lance is a great trainer and works you closer to your goals each session. I've been able to lose 7 lbs and gain more strength than ever before in just one months time. Doesn't matter if you are at the gym or on his app, he is constantly providing you with information to help you develop a deeper understanding of nutrition and lead a healthier lifestyle.

  Lance has been the ideal personal trainer as far as I'm concerned. He has sent personalized texts to check on my progress, and he has passed along videos that help me with specific injuries or issues we've talked about in our sessions. That lets me know his clients aren't just a number - he truly wants us to succeed. He is extremely knowledgeable and always on top of the latest trends and research in health and fitness. He understands the science behind how your body works, how your food affects you, and what exercises will transform you and make you perform better. I have complete faith in him because he does his research, trusts science, and doesn't get caught up in some trendy method. There's always a specific and logical reason why he does things a certain way. The workouts are simple but very effective, and he keeps a close eye on you to make sure your form is always spot on (key to avoiding injury). The apps that he uses in the program tie everything together because they help both of you monitor your eating habits and your workout metrics, they provide valuable lessons, and they keep you motivated.
