::I think Physique 57 holds a special place in my heart. The new Spring St. studio is beautiful! There's plenty of locker space, water dispensers, showers, towels, and apples. The staff is super friendly and it doesn't feel as crowded in this studio as it does in the Midtown location.

::The instructors are very friendly and encouraging, and give great adjustments and clear instructions. The class is very challenging and I can feel / see the results. The 57 minutes flies by. The studios are clean & beautiful -- and I live within walking distance of the SoHo location.

::The instructors are all incredible, so knowledgable, encouraging and fun. The experience is really reliable, from the friendly reception to the locker room amenities to the class format. I have been to countless classes but I appreciate that instructors still find ways to provide variety in moves and emphases. The classes are also great in that anyone with an injury can easily modify and still get really great results. I'm definitely a devotee.

::EVERYTHING! First off, the carpet in all studios is so comfortable compared to other barre studios. The teachers are so great and never have an annoying voice. They are always on top of the exercises, how to improve and make them harder and when to change into the next set. The studios are always clean, and the one in FiDi with those views are so gorgeous! Also, this is top 3 hardest classes I've taken in NYC, and I rave about it to everyone. Keep it up P57!

::It was a really challenging workout but the energy of the instructor (Cecily) kept me pushing myself! She helped me correct my form which I greatly appreciated. I liked the setup of the workout, in short--extremely challenging but doable segments. The studio was clean, offered many amenities. Staff was friendly and the music was great!
