  There is customer service is very pushy on selling you stuff that you really don't need I was very annoying frustrated with the lady. All I needed was a shirt and she was trying to sell me all these badges that my kid hasn't even earned yet.

  I'm an Eagle Scout, went here for the Eagle Stuff, the Manger sucks and thinks everyone is a Liar and a theif and should hire a new one, council is fantastic and the shop provides a lot of scouting stuff and it is cool place not so bad location and it has the Mansion like feel to it.

  Visited while I was there they have a lovely Scout Shop the employees are very nice on National and the council side the facility is very beautiful includes a fountain and a second story with offices and meeting rooms for their districts Executives and counsel people very helpful and I'm glad I stopped by

  high prices for no reason, except to take advantage of youth and their families They force you to by their over priced materials and awards, and up sell you at any chance they can get. as son as you buy all the materials and garb they change to program and awards to try and get you again. They also sue anyone that tries to make nock offs at a lower price. We are forced to pay them like it or not. Although if you don't have everything in line to maximize profits for them be prepared to be turned away empty handed.....Scout shop reflects the Scout organization there are several more productive things you can do with your child then send them to an organization that wants to make money off of them.
