  I used to come here and they were great. The last time I dropped off a jacket here I remembered I had left an important card in the front pocket. Though not "valuable", the card offered free sandwiches for a year at Schlotzchy's and I stood in line at 7 AM last Christmas to get it. Somebody who works here found the card in my jacket and kept it. Someone who works here is a sandwich thief.

  I love this place. By my third visit, they knew me without asking my name. The only suggestion I would give them is to provide an itemized receipt or a cost list. I hate not being able to plan my cleaning expenses. Granted, I haven't asked for one yet, so I can't say one way or the other whether or not they would provide me with such information.
