Thank you for getting my passport done so fast. I'm from vegas and the whole process at this office was done in 1hr 30 mins. I arrived around 10am. The ticket counter said 10 and my number was 49. I thought ill be here all day, but, they work so efficient and answered all my questions. 2 weeks later, i got my passport in the mail. If knew it was this easy, i would have came sooner.

All the staff were polite and efficient. I had to get my dual citizenship and renew my passport. I started at 10:30 a.m and was done before 1:30 p.m with everything. Thank you PCLA 👍 !

Very nice people work here. I did 2 trips just to make sure I did everything right. 2nd trip, was less than 15 minutes, that includes going down the hall to get an envelope so I wouldn't have to drive back from Oxnard to get my visa.. Again , super nice people and very helpful !!!!!!

Went there for notary docs, got a number but people did not wait to be called. They just got to the window without numbers. Hate that. I waited to my turn but nobody called. Then I saw some came after me but went to the window before me. I told them I got the number before them but they did not care. They said no need numbers? Then why give the numbers to people. Hate that.
