  I expected I would be there for hours. Fortunately, I was not. I found the staff to be very helpful and efficient. I arrived on a Monday right at 8am when they opened. I was out of there by 8:30am. It took 8 business days for me to receive my Letters of Administration in the mail. I mailed the request for Short Certificates and received the Shorts back in 5 business days from the date I mailed them. I was very pleased.

  Great government agency especially during times of crisis. The receptionist was very helpful on the phone and again in person. Sylvia took me back 15 minutes before their official opening time and could not have been more patient, kind and helpful.
