::Super trendy & cool. Staff unprepared for lunch rush. Less than thrilled to take your order. When my food was finally served the waitress literally dropped my plate on the table in front of me. If you care about customer service, go somewhere else. If you're looking for a trendy spot on the East side where the staff chose to work in a restaurant but don't really know want too, this is your place! #SourTea

::Well, it's unique. The product is good, but the business side could use some help. You sell coffee, you need change for a $5. And the staff seems perpetually hung over. Maybe this is the day job for a dozen aspiring musicians?

::The food is amazing, but they seem to have serious management issues. They are always out of vital components for their menu items, the staff is sad and clueless and all of them seem annoyed that they have to do their job and take your order/make your food. This last visit their heat wasn't working and it was in the 30's outside, so dining in was NOT an option. More than anything I just wish the staff wasn't so grumpy and untrained, but I can understand why they would be working with no heat and not having the products necessary to do their job. I see this place spiraling out if they don't make some serious improvements.

::Great place! Very welcoming and let our group relax after we arrived from the airport until we could check into our reservation! Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend if your a new arrival to Nashville!

::Great atmosphere, kind of a hippie feel. Comfortable overstuffed couches and a bar to get your drink on. They have really good coffee from Bongo Java and make good drinks. They're wraps and sandwiches are delicious. Overall a really good place to chill and snack. Good place to bring the laptop and do some work too.
