  We placed an order online and when we brought our order home we realized that it was incomplete. We called to get a refund for what was left out but they only offered to give us a third of what they owed. Rejecting the refund, we then had the food delivered to our home instead. We are less than 10 min away and it took them nearly an hour to get to the house. It was ridiculous. Bottom line, this is definitely the last time I order from them again.

  Great place that our family enjoys because its menu items have great options for vegetarian/vegan minded family members as well as the rest of us typical eaters.

  First time for me doing lunch at Chang ' inn Chevy Chase ' most say the restrurant is classy 'x sat at the bar my bartender Koriwas very pleasant and nice Atmosphere nice Portions for lunch Keep it up!!! I we'll definitely be back ..

  They never brought our food. We ordered lunch, as well as a kids meal for my toddler daughter in a restaurant with low attendance. They brought drinks, a soup, and never came back. We finally got up after thirty minutes and offered to pay for the drinks and soup. The server tried to assure us the food was on it's way, but we corrected him the food should have been out by now. I told the server to run and get the manager because we were leaving. Quote the server, defiantly "I'm not running to get anybody". So we left. The Whole Foods downstairs is wonderful! We found food immediately and the lines are efficiently short. There are cafe tables too!

  They don't know how to get food to you. If you go take your own food. My son granddaughter and tried lunch ordering two lunch specials. I got a decent hot and sour soup then waited and waited and waited. No action. After half an hour, we left. I was willing to pay for the coffee and soup. But there was actually no one to pay. When I told my wife about the experience she pointed out that she went with our other son and had the same thing happen. No one to bring the food and they also had to walk out to get something to eat. Don't waste your time.
