  I Used To Love This Place Because It Was So Easy To Find What I Needed Here For My Pets, Unfortunately Lately It Hasn't Been That Way And A Couple Or Problems Have Rised From This Store. 1. We Bought A Big Bag Of Dog Food and It Was Infested With Poisoned Prasited Food, Their Wet Can Food Was Making My Dog Sick, And Their Treats Were Also Making My Cat Sick. 2. Their Bandfield Hospital Is One Of The Worst Places To Have Your Dog Taken Care Of, My Dog Broke A Leg and One Of The Vets Did Such a Horrible Job On His Cast That My Dog Tore Of His Own Cast and We Decided To Take Him Somewhere Else, I Complained To The Head Banfield Staff and Weirdly The Same Vet Had Been Dismissed From The Hospital. 3. In 2008 About 12 Cats Died In Their Cat Adoption Center. They Just Woke Up Dead and They Wouldn't Say Why They Died, They Just Told People They Were "Cleaning" Their Enclosures. 4. Everything Is Extremely Over Priced It's Crazy How Cheap Your Can Actually Find It Online. 5. I Once Bought A Hamster From Here and He Got Wet Tail and Died A Week Later. !!!!Do Not Shop Here!!!!

  Prices and cleanness could be better usually they are very polite with few exceptions

  I've been going to this petsmart for over a decade or so now. I've never had an issue and the staff is caring. I like that this location hosts events like adoption days. My leopard gecko is still alive and thriving which I purchased from this location (as well as all supplies at the time and since) and that was nearly 13 years ago.

  I can take my dog there on hot days for an outing. Groomers. Dog day care. Clean. Good prices.

  Went here with my gf. She returned a few rhings, bought a few things. I love the fact that they are pet friendly.
