  Love the pet shop. The only thing that's bothering me is they haven't had my parrots food the last 2 times I've been there They ran out. :( Otherwise nice store.

  Had trouble finding the price on some dog food that was on sale but was able to find a Pet Smart clerk pretty quick and she was helpful. Store is cramped in places and dark, need better lighting or I would have given it 5 stars. Very busy in there today.

  The cashed was so sweet. The manager very professional. As a guy stole to bags dog food. Manager handled it great. Nothing is worth 2 bags of dog food. Karma will get that guy. Hats off to the employees. 5🌟in my book.

  They will price match to their website. A lot of their items can be found online cheaper than in store. Simply show the cashier the item on your smartphone and get the savings.

  This is the Swan and Grant store. I enjoy going here a lot! It's not the most modern store, but it's clean, and the employees are very personable and helpful. The products are laid out in a predictable and easy to find way so I never have to wander around looking for anything
