::This location is the worst. I’ve used 3 pet smart grooming salons and this by far was the worst. If I tell them to let my dog air dry and towel dry don’t blow dry him and then get mad because he snaps after I specifically told you he doesn’t like it!! Then try and say the salon manager has the evaluate him to see if he can come back. I hate this place with a passion. These people pick and choose what dogs they want to give TLC to and then mistreat the rest. I have a boxer and if you know boxers at young ages they are very playful so if as a grooming salon you can’t handle that find another day job!!!

::I will never bring my dog back to the grooming facility. He has never had a single issue being groomed before but he was so uncomfortable and stressed out in that environment that he couldn’t even be completely groomed. Their solution was to leave him partially groomed and suggest a place that would sedate him. I never have and never will sedate my dog for grooming. The high-stress of multiple dogs being groomed in the same room at once is too much for most dogs, let alone a dog who is 13 years. In his entire 13 years he has NEVER had an issue being groomed aside from the only other time I’ve taken him to a PetSmart years ago. Their lack of patience and need to get as many dogs in and out every day creates an environment that can s not healthy for dogs.

::I've used the pet hotel here two times, and I love the staff. They are so good to my yorkie. They take such good care of him, it makes traveling so much easier knowing he is in good hands.
