  This is a decent PetSmart but not the cleanest. Staff is genrally friendly and helpful when needed. Some items are misplaced when trying to find or can't find accurate prices for certain items. Wish they wouldnt have bums and crack heads outside asking for money all the time though. It would be great if they could have them move makes it uncomfortable to go in or exit the store knowing they're going to ask for money

  Superb customer service! Love this place and this stop in particular. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. We shop for our cats and puffer fish and always a pleasant experience.

  Great employees and overall clean store. I took my cat here once cause he was vomiting blood and was turned away because the Vet wasn’t at the store... I was a bit confused by that and had to take him elsewhere. Nevertheless, the other times I’ve been here I’ve had no problems or issues. Cashiers are nice and so are the Banfield employees!

  What I like about PetSmart, they do he have a huge variety of anyting you need for almost every single type of animal you can think of. The staff is always friendly, they will take you to the different departments that you need to find what you need for your pets. They also have a veterinarian at some of the locations so you could take your pet in there and have them checked out of to make sure they are okay. They also have a grooming section that will maker dog look really beautiful and it doesn't matter what kind of make it is, they will do their best to make your animal look great! They also have training centers, for the ones of you that have problems with your dogs they try to break them from their bad habits, and they're really good. You can adopt a pet there or any other location and take your pet to get train from the beginning. They could train them to be very obedient and how to take care of the family. They also take care of some parks for the animals around the area that you may live in! These parks are always in great shape very clean. The Parks have fountains so you can make sure dog always has water and they also have a trash can so people could pick up their dog's mess and put it in the trash there, that way you don't have to take the poop 💩 all the way to your home. They do help in multiple ways, they do take care of animals the best they can. Their prices for their items can be pricey at times, but I am sure they are helping animals as best they can. At Christmas for those of you that believe in the holiday, you could take your dog to a participating PetSmarts to have a photo of your dog with Santa. You get your print right away, they pull out the disk from their camera and put it in the printer and you get a 3 by 5 photo and a nice one for about a $5 donation and this money goes to help a non-profit no kill shelter! They do care about animals!

  Always busy, never has enough staff. Waited in line 20 minutes with a heavy bag of cat litter and they finally opened up a 3rd register. The first register was taking the entire time on one customer and the 2nd didn’t even have its light on so no one was entirely sure if it was open. Waited 5 minutes at the register for the person that called the next in line over. I was given a quick ‘one moment please, I’m coming right over’ when another customer walked in the door and started asking questions about dog training. Instead of asking the customer that had just walked in to wait I was left to stand at the register. I usually have a lot of patience but after going completely ignored I walked out without my purchase. I would rather go out of my way to another pet smart than this one
