  This is the worst petsmart in minneapolis. Many of my friends have said that they all have bad experiences here in this particular store. My dog is a puppy; I know puppy can get super excited when bathing. However, my dog has no issues in other petsmart grooming salon. Here it takes more than four hours to finish his bathing, but still he is wet and not cleaned. In other stores, it takes only an hour to have my cute and well-cleaned puppy back. Also I can hear my puppy cry all the time. Well we all know that dogs get nervous when they know they are in a danger situation. Well, I believe because of the long periods of time my dog waits for bathing or the not-so-right behaviors of the staffs there cause my dog to be nervous and anxious. Other times my dog is happy to see me when I pick him up, but today he is crying to run out of the store. Again, I am not saying my puppy is a perfect and well-trained dog, I am just asking: why my dog has no issues in other stores, but just in this store? I think it definitely relate to the attitudes of the staffs here.

  We were disappointed to the grooming service at this location. They didn't treat our dog well, made him crying all the time, and even didn't wash him clean nor dry him fully. We respect how other Petsmart treat with our cute energetic dog, but the service in this location is indeed awful. Never come!

  Wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else! They took good care of him and know him by name. Love coming here!

  Nice clean pet store. Also take my dog there for grooming. They do a very good job.

  I am really unhappy with their grooming salon. I've had my dog groomed their three times and two of those times I had to return to get something fixed. The last time I went their I was unhappy because her feet were not trimmed correctly and they missed several patches of hair that were long. The groomer also failed to shave her evenly and I was left with serval tufts of hair everywhere. I called the PetSmart grooming salon to voice my concerns and they treated me like a criminal. I took her back there for the "Look Great Guarantee" and the salon manger would not even listen to me when I was telling her why I was upset. She was extremely disrespectful and quite frankly she seemed more angry she had to groom the dog again. What I gained from talking to her is that fact she doesn't care if people get quality services from her salon. I was mostly upset at the fact they could not admit they did a terrible job. Take responsibility for your actions and admit you made a mistake. Telling me your groomer has 20 years of experience doesn't change the fact she did a terrible job. The kicker is I just wasted the $85 it cost me for the groom. Don't groom here! They have no idea what they are doing and they will treat you badly if you voice your concerns. I will never return.
